The Lewisville ISD Education Foundation is proud to announce the addition of community stalwart and DATCU Community Relations Coordinator Mary Jacoby to the board of directors.

Joining the board in December 2017, Mary has worked for DATCU Credit Union since September 2010. She has over 28 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry, and works as Community Relations Coordinator for DATCU in Southern Denton County.

Jacoby, who holds a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and an associate’s degree in fashion merchandising from Tarrant County College, is an active volunteer across Lewisville, Flower Mound and the surrounding communities.

Already a member of the Flower Mound Rotary, currently serving as club president, Jacoby is a two-time Paul Harris Fellow Award recipient. She also serves on the board of directors for Youth and Family Counseling as part of the fundraising committee. Mary serves as a mentor with Communities in Schools Lunch with a Leader program and is a member of the Women of Flower Mound.

In addition, Jacoby served on the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2003-2009 and as Chairman of the Board in 2008. A graduate of the 2007-08 class of Leadership Lewisville, Mary received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2009 and was named the 2012 Volunteer of the Year by the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce.

Mary is a 25-year resident of Flower Mound with her husband Perry and daughter Emily.
